Olive oil from Pisciotta, beans from Rodio, cheese from our goats, anchovies and sardines, vegetables from our kitchen gardens, wild boars and pigs fed with acorns and carobs, chicken and hens and fresh eggs, lemons, oranges, tangerines and figs and everything Mother Nature may offer: wild asparagus and fennel, chicory and cardoons, Indian figs, mushrooms and chestnuts. Even in flavour there is a perfect harmony between sea and mountains.
